Great show and intresting plots but.....


Where I love the show and enjoy the plots and trying to figure out how they are going to escape or out wit the Evil of the week. I keep thinking do they really have to make things so complicated to get the job done. But then if they did the show would only last 30 minutes max.

I always liked how they had schematics of top secret buildings out in the middle of nowhere. Oh, those clever spies!

They are supposed to be a top intelligence agency of the US Government, why wouldn't they have access to all that and more?

Get the facts first - you can distort them later!

I wonder how the condo board in Mr. Phelps' building feel about the endless parade of disparate individuals, strange equipment, and trained animals coming and going from his penthouse.

I think Mad Magazine did a parody of this very subject back in the day.
Jim ends up fired because he makes everything far too complicated and expensive! 

But it's interestiong that there was one episode where the mission was supposed to be a no brainer with just Phelps and one other team member, but Phelps gets found out and shot before the first commercial, and the rest of the show is the real mission: getting him out.
