THIS GUY IS WEARING LIPSTICK!!!!!

The guy that played Conway in the episode "Seal" is clearly wearing lipstick....or do my eyes deceive me? I mean I don't care lol, but when a close up of dude's face I thought maybe I was seeing things, but I definitely saw the outline of lipstick on his lips. Anyone else notice this?

Everybody who goes in front of the camera goes into make-up to highlight their features so they show up more clearly. In earlier shows it can be more noticeable.
