Rosemary Forsythe was a beautiful young woman

Rosemary Forsythe was so beautiful in THE WAR LORD. She was only eighteen years old as I recall. I thought her beauty matched Grace Kelly's. She even had a sexy voice. It's too bad her acting career didn't go into bigger roles. Forsythe continued acting for the next two decades but she never made it big in Hollywood. She even had a cameo role on the 2002 science fiction movie, "Ghosts of Mars". If she were here in 2009 as a young woman I could find myself falling in love with her easily.

I'm basing my feelings just on the beauty of Rosemary Forsythe's face and beautiful blue eyes. I never knew what the rest of her looked like, only that she was thin since she wore dresses in the movie and was never fully nude.

She was absolutely gorgeous in Shenandoah with James Stewart, and in Whatever Happened to Aunt Alice with Ruth Gordon. Beautiful woman, fine actress.

Just saw her in this movie on fox movie channel. agreed, a true beauty. She looked like Robin Wright's taller and slenderer, prettier sister; she could act; and should have had many more leading roles.

Longtime fan of hers - she was indeed a very beautiful and elegant woman. Rosemary was one of those actresses who put her personal life above her career: she took two years off from acting in 1966 after marrying her first husband and having a child and she took another two years off after marrying a multimillionaire businessman in 1972. In between these marriages, she had a highly publicized three-year love affair (1968 to 1971) with one of her leading men - David Janssen - during which her career took a backseat to her romance.

She was nice. But she wasn't beautiful enough to fight a war over.
