All of these are the children of actors and actresses:

Beau Bridges ~ son of Lloyd Bridges and Dorothy Dean aka Dorothy Simpson // Of course, he's Jeff Bridges' brother. Also, a number of his children became actors!

Ronny Howard ~ son of Rance Howard and Jean Speegle Howard // His brother, Clint, also is an actor.

Kevin O'Neal ~ son of Patricia O'Neal // His father is writer Charles O'Neal. BTW: He's the younger brother of Ryan O'Neal, making him Tatum and Griffin O'Neal's uncle!

Tim Rooney ~ son of Mickey Rooney and B.J. Baker // He is the brother of Mickey Rooney, Jr.

Tisha Sterling ~ daughter of Robert Sterling and Ann Sothern

I tend to notice when next-generation actors end up working together, such as in "Young Guns of Texas".
