I asked Johnny Crawford in person about the infamous deleted scene...

I met Johnny Crawford in person this weekend at the Western Film Fair in NC. While he was signing photos and the DVD case I had for Village of the Giants, I asked him if he remembered the deleted scene in this movie that the censors demanded be removed where he partially took off some of the clothes of Joy Harmon. He looked up, surprised, and asked me where I had heard that. I told him I read it online and that supposedly the deleted footage was stolen so we will never be able to actually see what was in it. He told me he didn't remember so I said, somewhat cheekily, I would think he would remember taking someone clothes off to which he said, well it was 51 years ago! Just thought I would share with fellow fans of the movie. If it happened, Johnny doesn't remember!
