Auric Goldfinger cameo

I have not been able to find any information on this but......
When 007 meets Count Lippe at Shrubland's for the first time and notices the "Tong" tattoo, watch when Count Lippe leaves. A man appears in the adjacent room in the background and changes clothes. I swear, not only does the man look like Auric Goldfinger but it also looks like he changes into the same type of yellow/gold shirt with white pockets that Mr. Goldfinger wears while playing cards at the beginning of Goldfinger.
Anybody else notice this?

I doubt it was Gert Frobe, but it was a man resembling him, maybe as a reference back to Goldfinger. The man was too thin to be Frobe. As for the shirt, it was probably the standard one issued to male guests at Shrublands.
