I don't know about worst. This guy, the guy in DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER, and the one in THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS are all pretty forgettable. Sometimes I forget Felix is even in them.

Jack Lord has twice screwed up things, something he learned by Hawaii Five 0. First was he asked for too much money to continue playing the part of Felix. So they got 4 different actors for 4 other Bond films. Lord made the same mistake in Star Trek. He was first choice to play Captain Kirk. But either Lord has good sense in TV and Film projects or something. Because when Roddenberry offered him to play Kirk, he asked for very high wages, and a percentage of the series. Something that Gene basically said no way.
He easily could have been Leiter on Dr. No, Goldfinger, Thunderball, Diamonds are Forever, and Live and Let Die.

I think Rik Van Nutter was a great Felix. I wish that he had been in more of the movies.

I think the one in Goldfinger is the worst. Looks like he'd be more at home in a Bob Hope movie.
