Trying to find out what park that was? Anyone?

The exterior with the cars going by etc. is Macarthur park downtown LA (7th and alvarado) the interiors Iwas told was a park on the MGM lot???

Just saw one of those "making of" shorts on TCM. They said it was filmed on MGM Lot 2, same as Gone With the Wind.
