Eileen O'Neill in 'The Loved One'

I read in some contemporary newspaper reports about Ms. O'Neill having completed work in "The Loved One." As she does not appear in the credits, either her scenes ended up deleted, or she's just uncredited. There are several background brunettes that could O'Neill, but none are clear enough to either identify or exclude. Possibly the one sitting in the desk behind Lionel Stander when we first see him talking to Siegfried. But maybe that's just because I'm used to seeing her sitting behind a desk in "Burke's Law."
