Terrible movie

I was 16 when this movie was shown in 1965. I've always been a big Jonathan Winters fan and I loved Robert Morse in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying", and "A Guide For the Married Man", but I thought this movie was awful. Very hard to sit through the entire film without dozing off.

I have to agree. A complete waste of talent such as that found in Sir John.

I've always loved it. I'm watching it now for the umpteenth time.

Sacrosanct and sanguine!

Kakistocratic crack-pottery rules!

this movie is pretty sublime, the moments come in the situational irony and clever dialogue. it holds up well over time.
