Terrible adaptation of an amazing novel.

What more can I say? They've left out major characters from the novel, the worse case being Blanche's mother. Switched people around in both their occupations and relationships with the main character leaving them with no personalities. Changed the story into a far-fetched mess which, as people have stated on these messageboards before, are full of plotholes and and scenes that make no sense. They've removed any character building or backstory for Blanche, Newhouse, Wilson or her mother completely. I could go on, but I think you get my point. Basically this movie is the shell of Bunny Lake is Missing without any of the goodness inside.

I haven't read the book, so I can't compare the two, but I really enjoyed the movie!

Really like the movie, but now you've made me really want to read the book!

I thought the film was just OK. Might've been more original and shocking back in the day.

Who were "Blanche" and "Wilson?"
