I prefer the unedited for PC/feminism/consumerism version...fleshes out the narrative better, and it makes the story more coherent. It also gives better character development, and restores missing musical numbers.
shareI have never heard of a version that has been edited to thirty minutes. However, I have not watched this on TV for I don’t know how many years. I have it on DVD which I watch at least twice a Christmas season.
To answer your question, I would only watch the unedited version.
