Is The Dvd The Original Roadshow Print???
unless the dvd is of the original 188 min. roadshow print why bother releasing
a dvd???
This is the version I saw in the theater back in 1964.
Some missing footage has been found and may turn up in the Blu-Ray version, probably as deleted scenes. This is an unconfirmed rumor.
Also, there's a message on Disc 2, after you exit the Special Features menu, stating that this is the Roadshow version. One extra scene was found after the DVD was in production, and they hope to include that in a future release (probably the Blu-Ray).
