shareWe don't need every American to be like Lt. Commander Charlie Madison. We need only enough Charlie Madisons who can see through the phony propaganda and the bogus charades. The rest of us can do the fighting, while Charlie makes us aware of what we really should be fighting for.
WWII may have been an unavoidable conflict, but it was the result of the entirely avoidable WWI -- a war that resulted from the jingoist kind of mindset that the Charlie Madisons in this world can see for the sham it is.
