Yeah, so The Munsters is basically the Universal Monsters TV show that was similar in format to the Addams Family, but the latter had unique and inventive characters that were original from the start. Or am I wrong?

shareSame. All the characters and actors seem very likable but The Munsters felt like cheap comedy (to me) while The Addams Family had layers of cleverness. The people behind the scenes were smarter with Addams than the Munsters group, imo.
