These lyrics sorta make the Munsters sound BAD, and they were not a bad family.

I love this theme song, and these lyrics are good, but I agree with the poster who said it makes them sound scarier than they are.

I can't imagine they ever seriously considering using these lyrics for the tv show as it is totally out of sync with the characters and the show. It sounds more like these lyrics were composed by someone especially for this record album, which I believe was a low-price children's record.
