For those who say "The movie makes no sense" and "Corman didn't have a script"

No, when the idea struck Corman he had no script, but he immediately hired Leo Gordon to concoct one and they ran with it ASAP because they only had a few days to use the sets leftover from "The Raven." There IS an obvious plot -- a quite simple plot -- and it's easy to follow. I had the story figured out by the halfway point, not including the dubious curveball thrown-in at the end (i.e. the Baron's true identity).

So Corman can pass around the idiotic myth that they had no plot all he wants; the movie itself tells otherwise.

And anyone who says "it makes no sense" is a doofus.
