I enjoyed everything about this movie. The cast was great and Glenn Ford and Ron Howard's father-son chemistry felt very real to me. Ford's performance is spot-on as a loving but not perfect parent. And he has some really funny lines when dealing with Howard, such as the one about women's measurements.

I saw this a couple of times when I was a kid and don't remember too much about it, except that I really liked it. It was a very touching film and no surprise that they made a TV series too, which I also watched.
