Hmmm, at this moment, 10 films I'm proud to love would be...

1) 2001: A Space Odyssey (Literally Kubrick as a complete body of work)
2) Seven Samuri
3) Apocalypse Now (Redux was possibly better imo)
4) Seven (I semi lump Fight Club as an unofficial sequel and they rep Fincher in his prime, again, imo)
5) The Matrix Trilogy (yes!!! Trilogy! lol ;)
6) Citizen Kane
7) The Godfather Trilogy
8) Children Of Men
9) The Dark Night Trilogy
10) Inglorious Basterds (as a representation of Tarantino as a whole)
11) Anything the Coen Bros decided to touch.
12) Arnofsky, Del Torro, Peter Jackson, Old school Spielberg, Rodriguez,
Capra(and the whole Golden era of film pretty much...say, late 30's, early 40's)
13) A bunch of amazing films and directors that escape my "cooked on super skunk at 4am" mind at the moment.
14) I should never try to list my favorite films or directors again.
