My Favorite Martian is in reruns on YV lately.

It holds up extremely well.

Walton and Bixby are perfect.

Bixby actually quite the talented comic actor.

I agree, this show looks very dated but the performances by Bixby and Walston are timeless and entertaining. I like the way Uncle Martin made us see our world--at that time--thru his eyes.

Ray Walston was excellent in this role. I was glad they gave him a part in the movie. He was a talented actor who will be missed. Another great role for Walston was Mr. Hand in "Fast Times at Ridgemont High."

It was one of my favorite shows when I was a kid. As I remember it was broadcast on Sunday nights.

It's great that you are getting more exposed to Mr. Bixby and discovering what he has to offer. Mr. Bixby enjoyed at least 30 years starring on the TV screen, headlining at least four series including three that were fabulously successful. He also starred in movies including a great spot opposite Elvis Presley. He's no slouch.
