I was watching this series fairly regularly when it was on RTN last year, but apparently they've stopped showing it recently. None of the episodes I've seen so far have any supernatural/horror themes at all.
My favorite episodes are geared more towards psychological intrigue, such as The Trains of Silence (starring Jeffrey Hunter & Tippi Hedren), which is spooky, scary, mysterious and weird, just not in any supernatural ways. Many of the other episodes are more crime-oriented, as you mentioned, but often with a psychological angle or twist involved.
I also find this series very appealing due to its high-quality production values and film stock. I don't know of any other TV series that looks better in color than Kraft Suspense Theatre; so far, to me, it has always been a pleasure to watch this show, regardless of the storyline involved.
