Amusement park location

What amusement park was used for the climatic scenes with Fred Johnson? And, where was it?

reply

It was the old "POP"-- Pacific Ocean Park -- built on piers just off the beach in Santa Monica, California. It was closed in 1967 and torn down in 1974-75.

Always a bit surprised when someone doesn't just use Google. " the fugitive, final episode, amusement park " leads you to:

Because this puts the information right here where most anyone who used IMDB would look first.

Besides, I hate Google.

Yes, it's always easier to pose questions and wait for others to answer them for you. You're welcome.

Each of us has access to the same information. And thanks for noticing.

True enough, ColininLa, but most people come here for information AND interaction. On a similar question, about a Hitchcock film, some people wrote in and related their own experiences and memories at that locale --- this sort of information greatly adds to one's enjoyment of a particular movie or TV show --- it's part of why we all come to IMDb --- sharing information, likes, and dislikes.

J'ai l'oeil AMÉRICAIN !

So true. I enjoy reading comments and discussions of little known facts. Google and Wikipedia don't know it all.
