what happens at the end of Hand of Fear?

At the end of "Hand of Fear" the Doctor leaves Sarah on Earth, and she says she isn't in the right neighborhood and walks along the sidewalk.

And in the last scene she looks up.

And i wonder what her expression is. It looks like she could be frightened by what she sees. So I have imagined her seeing a flying reptile or a flying saucer or something.

Dose anyone know anything about this?

Probably nothing happened then and she made her way home. However, Sarah Jane (played by the same actress Elisabeth Sladen) returned in the 2006 Doctor Who episode "School Reunion", proved to still be incredibly popular, and made several more appearances on Doctor Who plus was spun off into her own show "The Sarah Jane Adventures". That show lasted for over 4 series, but sadly Sladen died of pancreatic cancer during the filming of series 5.
