While in a used book store this week, I ran across 2 Video Scripts at a ridiculously low price, One Doctor Who The Space Eaters, and 2) The Seven Doctors Dimensions In Time
(A 30th Anniversary Special For Children In Need)

Does anyone have any information on these? Were they ever filmed?

I got as far as Hartnell and Troughton's floating heads whirring around The Rani's TARDIS console. I have a bad feeling about this...

I always enjoyed Dimensions in Time. I also like Timelash so there! 
