My Favorite Companions

From the fist Doctor, Barbara and Ian n Susan of course, but also Vicki n Polly
2nd Doctor, Zoe, 3rd, Jo Grant, 4th, Sarah Jane, Leela, Romana 1
Actually none of the rest are in my top 5If I had to pick 2 to be my companions, they would be Zoe and Leela or Zoe and Romana 1

I like certain combinations, Jamie and Zoe, Sarah and Harry. other than that, Vicki was kind of good in that she managed to fill the gap Susan left while bringing her own character to it. Sarah by herself with the Doctor was great. Loved Ace and there's special place in my heart for K9

I tend to think of my favourite companions in combos, too, Ian and Barbara, Jamie and Zoe, Sarah and Harry, Romana II and K9, Tegan and Nyssa. Apparently I like the team dynamic...

I like certain combinations, Jamie and Zoe, Sarah and Harry.

I think in combos too, Jamie and Zoe are probably my very favorite. Sarah and Harry had an extremely strong run of episodes together, maybe the strongest ever on the show. I also really liked Rose and Jack to jump a few decades ahead, but that Team TARDIS kind of went sour.

If I think of the companions in relation to their respective Doctors, my favorite duos would be 2 and Jaime, 7 and Ace and 10 and Donna.

And lastly, if I just think of who's simply the best, then that's got to be Leela.

Yeah I think Pat and Frazer's natural chemistry/friendship really shone through in their stories, ditto with Katy and Jon or Lis and Tom

From the first doctor I like barbara, ian, susan and Vicky, and I quite like ben and Polly.

2nd doctor jamie and Victoria

3rd doctor Jo grant

4th doctor leela, and both Romanas.

Wow, no Jamie. Zoe is a good alternative though. Anyone who did not pick Ian or Barbara for the First Doctor would have a screw loose, so good choice in picking them. Hopefully Ian can come back soon to the show before William Russel dies.
