If you didn't like what BO did or tried to do, you'd absolutely hate Australia. Although there are some misguided individuals who are trying to get Australia to follow in the steps of the USA. Thankfully, they're in the minority.
Australia isn't the USA - and vice versa. But we can still be mates.

To be honest, i have no clue who runs Ausralia, but everyone I know that has visited Loved it. My first Recollection of R n R over there was the BeeGees Spicks n Specks, I was a very big fan of British Rock even going back to Cliff in the 50's, and learned many started in Australia

I'm not necessarily "anti" anything... I'm just "pro" what I grew up with and what I've personally experienced. However, there are some fundamental differences between our two cultures.
I like the national welfare safety net that has no time limit on it, the free healthcare system that covers everyone, the general lack of firearms and the general lack of religion. Those are just the obvious differences that spring to mind.
However, I no longer vote for any of the major political parties in this country. At the last federal election, I went with a minor party - just like 28% of other Aussies did. That number has been steadily increasing over the years.

To be honest, I have no clue who runs Australia either. Although I'm pretty sure it isn't the current government, because that bunch of wankers couldn't organize a piss-up in a brewery.

It has its moments, but there are at least two other countries that I'd currently be prepared to live in. Canada and New Zealand.

Am rewatching 9,10 doctors after classic, First Time I watched 9-12, I had not seen any classic, so this opens my eyes
I've just finished watching a TV series called MOONBASE 3, courtesy of YouTube and a link provided by Doctor Omega. It was made by Terrance Dicks, Barry Letts and a few other familiar Classic Who individuals - from both behind and in front of the camera - back in 1973. I expect it was made between seasons of DOCTOR WHO. It wasn't that bad at all. I rather enjoyed it.
