What music are you talking about? The music we hear while Colin is running? That's original music for the film by John Addison. There may be jazz elswhere in the film, let us know in what scene

I believe you mean the hymn (Jerusalem) at the beginning of the film written by C. Hubert H. Parry in 1916, echoes of which are used throughout the music for the entire film, and which you would have heard in other films such as Chariots of Fire and any number of BBC productions where a church choir is singing. It's also played at patriotic events, sporting events, and rite of passage events (proms, graduations) in England and is sometimes referred to as "England's unoffical national anthem."

If that's what you're thinking of, the lyrics for the hymn are as follows:

JERUSALEM

And did those feet in ancient time
Walk upon England's mountains green?
And was the holy Lamb of God
On England's pleasant pastures seen?
And did the Countenance Divine
Shine forth upon our clouded hills?
And was Jerusalem builded here
Among those dark Satanic mills?

Bring me my bow of burning gold:
Bring me my arrows of desire:
Bring me my spear: O clouds, unfold!
Bring me my chariot of fire!
I will not cease from mental fight,
Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand
Till we have built Jerusalem
In England's green and pleasant land.

The lyrics are adapted from a short poem by William Blake and you can see the two texts side by side here:
