Stoney Burke Episode??

The Stoney Burke show made a big impression on me as a kid. I was around 7 years old when it originally aired.

There is a certain scene that has stuck in my mind all these years and I am trying to find out the title of the episode it appeared in.

I remember an episode where there is some kind of scam or double-dealing concerning a trailer(s) full of horses. Someone thinks they are cheating Stoney and his boys out of the horses, but Stoney knows he is being tricked and has the last laugh. I just remember Warren Oates and Bruce Dern getting all the horses in the trailer very quickly and driving off with them as the bad guy and his crew realize they have been outsmarted.

I remember laughing alot at this and I think the overall tone of this episode was humorous.

This was the last (and best) episode of the series and the horses are being led to the slaughterhouse. The episode was supposed to be symbolic about what ABC was doing to the tv show.It's a fairly depressing episode with a hopeful upbeat ending.
