Does anyone know if there is a stage version of this or "Lady for a Day" or even the original "Madame La Gimp"? If so, do you know who handles the rights?

Neilthor - "Apple Annie" will be a Broadway musical, hopefully next season.

Not a thing - had one schoolteacher tell me he tried adapting it for his class and it became a confusing mess...

...and wisely rememebred the horror film called "Mame" and declined further musicals!
