Amazingly Interesting
I just saw this movie, and as I was reflecting back on it, I noticed something very unusual. The title, "Jules and Jim" is read the same as "Jewels and Gem". Im not sure if Truffuat did this on purpose, but it is quite a coincidence that the story deals with worldly pleasures and a search for happiness, and "Jewels and Gems" are almost the definition of earthly riches and prosperity...Just thought i'd share it.
