Filming locations

Does anyone know where Jules et Jim was filmed? In particular I am curious about the WWI monument featured prominently in the 3 freeze frames, the location (on the Rhein?) of Jules and Catherine's home, and the lake that they visit to skip stones.

They discuss a lot of this in the extras on the Criterion DVD. There was also a biography of Truffaut published in the 1990's in French that mentioned all the locations. I forget the WWI monument, but the chalet was actually in France, in the Vosges in Alsace.
