Sequel or 'Making of'?

According to Leonard Maltin, this was followed by a sequel, and all I could find was this:

Has anyone seen it? Is it worthwhile? What is it - sequel, remake, making-of...???

"It Happened Here Again" is a documentary about the making of Brownlow's other film, "Winstanley," and can be found on the DVD of that film.
