This may be a bit old and out of date info for you but you can buy this film on DVD via E Bay ... from a shop called
OLD TIME RADIO CLUB
They do DVD versions of many old films and radio shows

I got it on DVD in one of those 50-movie megapacks. I think it's public domain, so you can probably find it online somewhere.
