How do you describle Rosalie Wells?

How would you best describe her?

It's hard to get a good idea of her in this movie. In these three she is definatly the victim of a bully.

"Dig the grave both wide and deep,
For I am sick, and fain would sleep!"

Spineless amoral kleptomaniac would be how I describe her.

The amoral she gets a slight pass on because of her age. Not much going on in the frontal cortex before puberty, so most prepubescent kids have absolutely no capacity for empathy... couldn't expect them to be able to come to the conclusion that them getting in trouble is more important than completely destroying the lives of two innocent women.

Not quite. Martha, Karen, and Joe were all "innocent". Rosalie had her own guilt, and she went along with Mary out of a desire to not face that guilt. She made the decision that her getting caught out was unacceptable, and ruining Martha, Karen, and Joes lives was worth not getting caught for stealing. Because she is incapable of any serious empathy, it's not nearly as vicious as if she had been an adolescent or adult doing it, but it still speaks to a great lack in her character. That she did not stand up to Mary simply for the sake of her own autonomy is where I believe the "spineless" part comes in.
