In a few episodes of Car 54, the team enrolled the help of a scout-like boy, with his patrol.

Who was the the young actor - was it Billy Mumy?

The actor's name was Paul O'Keefe...playing Marvin. He later appeared on "The Patty Duke Show" as Ross, Patty's brother.
