Time Machine Reunion with Taylor, Young and Mimieux?

All are still living. Amazing!

Have they ever appeared together in recent years or so?

Be nice to see and hear them.

Rarely are the three main cast members of a 54 year old film alive and reasonably healthy, I hope.

The 2000 released DVD has a feature titled "Behind-the-scenes Documentary The Time Machine: The Journey Back". It is hosted by Rod Taylor and features co-Stars Alan Young and Whit Bissell. However, with Rod being 84 and Young hanging in at 95, a reunion is doubtful.

Sad, but true.

And now Rod's gone.

By the way, Rod Taylor and Yvette Mimieux reunited in 1968 for the well-regarded by ultra-violent Congo mercenary movie, "Dark of the Sun."

after having listened to the radio adaptation of this i was in the mood to check this flick out again, it changed my viewing experience of the movie, now the movie felt too rushed, i had the same experience with "the twilight zone" after listening to "the twilight zone radio dramas". funny how he also narrates himself in the movie as making it perfect for radio (the radio version is not just a person reading, but a full audio radio theatre with actors and sound effects), in many ways the radio adaptation of this is superior, it takes some different turns and expands it. anyway, having watched the motion picture, here are some visionary observations, the flowers changing appeared like stock footage, i thought rod taylor looked like peter griffin from "family guy" when he starred in "the birds", but here he looks so much like robin williams as mentioned earlier on this board, and that is some huge cigar his friend is putting in the time machine which box look like a chair. what we're talking about here is really a rich documentary about the movie, from sometime in the 1990's featuring among other things besides the original actors, actually making an additional scene connected to the 1960 movie, and also even michael j fox from the today's more commonly known time travel movie "back to the future", i wonder where the documentary originates from since this was before dvd, but i remember "blues brothers 2000" had a documentary featured on the vhs.

you were suppose to be a good girl,
scared by the way you turned,
lights down couldnt see your blonde curls,
brought another world,
when lights came back,
i was set in a trance.

I also listened to an older radio adaptation recently. It was interesting for the story to be condensed down to a half-hour time slot.
