In the scene where the Doctor is waking Jeanette and telling her that she is finally cured (towards the end), Jeanette quickly sits up in her bed and part of one of her nips pops out of her nightie. You really have to put it in slow motion to catch it. She quickly covers her ta-tas with her arms quickly after this happens.
This and the transformation scene were the highlights of the film for me.
That was quite possibly the coolest thing I have ever seen in my life.

Nothing pops out. As she is getting back into bed you can see her left nip through the translucent material of her nightgown momentarily. No big deal.
shareI just watched it and yes, the nipple does pop out (this is the second bed scene not the first) where she has no shoulder straps and he pulls her out of the bed and tells her "we have to go." Her nip shows for a second, then she covers herself with her arms.
