Can this be considered a surrealist film?

I've seen only one Fellini film, 8 1/2, which I absolutely loved. 8 1/2 is known for its dream sequences. I would like to watch La Dolce Vita soon. Are there a lot of dream sequences/surreal scenes like in 8 1/2?
