The rights issue

So last I heard, which was an article from November 2011, Paramount had sued International Media for the rights. I couldn't find any updates on the matter since then. Has the case been held? If not, when will it be? Does anyone have an estimate as to when everything will be resolved? I've never seen the movie and I don't wanna pay for the old DVD now when a blu-ray will be coming soon. I've been trying to hold off on any classics I haven't seen yet until their blu-rays come out, which usually isn't a long time, but for this one I have no idea, and that uncertainty is killing me. I hope I don't have to wait 'til late 2013 or something.

Not a lot of new information here, but progress is being made it seems. I hope a Blu-ray comes out soon as well.
