Need title of 'classical' piece about 10 min. in?

Can someone please tell me the title of the piece of music that plays when the big car pulls up alongside the tall wall, and the woman driver gets out? it plays before Marchello and she talk to the people looking over the wall. It`s just a small bit of classical music, but I find it haunting. Please, anyone?
