Question About the DVD

Due to my hearing, I can't get much of the dialogue and so I an dependant upon subtitles. Can anyone tell me if the DVD for this film has English or English SDH subtitles, please? Due to the HDMI connection in the DVD player I have, CC is no longer displayed.

You can find out by looking on the back of the package or on the disc menu.
