Arlene Dahl at special 50th Anniversary showing in Jersey City

The landmark Loew's Jersey Theatre in Jersey City, NJ is showing "Journey to the Center of the Earth" on Saturday April 25th at 7:15pm. Arlene Dahl will be interviewed after the film, as well as participating in a special, extra-cost reception starting at 5:45pm. For more information, go to www.loewsjersey.org or call 201-798-6055.

(I am not connected with this event, financially. Just found out about it on Sunday when I went to the Chiller Theatre convention.)

The print is supposed to be a newly restored one. I hope this means Fox has a Blu-ray special edition in the works and that Miss Dahl is involved in the extras. This November is the 50th anniversary of the film's release. I was born in 1959, so this movie is one of my favorites.
