With all of it's flaws...
..And there are quite a few, I STILL break down and cry at the end.. in BOTH versions. I feel so used..in a good way though.

shareHaven't seen since the 50's. A masterpiece. Corny by todays' standards. A soap opera for the ages. Ending is saddest I've ever seen; makes Titanics' end almost comedic. Turner who is usually a cold fish in her films was even sympathetic. If you need a good cry and an appreciation of suffering and needless shame; this is the film!
