Sarah Jane looked totally white

Perhaps they had to make her look that way for the movie to work, but people who have one black parent (as black as her Annie) don't look anything near Sarah Jane did in the film. Especially since her father was said to be only "almost White"

Actually, Annie Johnson said that "Sarah Jane favors her father. He was practically white"...

Yeah, "practically white" is the basically the same as "almost white", so the OP wasn't wrong here in regards to the father being some one stated to be predominately white but not fully.

Actually you can find some black people who look completely white. Some even have blue eyes and blonde hair.

Then you have some who can pull for white if they adjust some of their features like Nicole Richie, Kris Humphrey, and Mariah Carey.

I know plenty of black people who can fake being white if they tried hard enough.

You post shows a total misunderstanding of how racial genetics works. In white/black biracial people, it's more like a sliding scale - I have a friend who is rather dark and has three or four siblings (old fashioned Catholic family, so they are full sibs) they run the gamut. There is a meme of a cat with four kittens ranging from white to black with the caption of 'running out of ink' and that pretty much describes this friend and her sibs.
