Does anyone know the name of the music played on the gramophone about 13 minutes into the episode "Jigsaw"?

It is also in the video at the 3:45 mark

I think it may be from a music library such as Valentino, but could have been written by a well known musician.

Squirrel... MEtv finally played the episode tonight... I can't name the tune.. I think it may be a made up song for the show... I think I have also heard it in other episodes...
