I'm watching this Episode (S1/Ep29) now on MEtv... Ness or any Policeman would ever sit with his back to the door...specially when he had his pick of seats...
"My new policy..you don't agree with what I say.. GFY and welcome to my Ignore List"
I didn't care for much the episode. Game cast, not very good storytelling. Part of it was the lack of any genuine rapport between actors Robert Stack and Jack Warden, whom I cannot imagine as real life pals. Madlyn Rhue was probably the best thing in it. Nehemiah Persoff had been down the same path many times. The story was far fetched to begin with, and it lacked focus. Still, it was good looking, featuring nice sets and decent action scenes. It was really an Eliot Ness episodes, with his fellow Untouchables barely seen, given very little to say or do.
