A Colour Version?

I saw this film on telly back in early 1980s as a kid. For some reason, I strongly recall it was in colour, not b&w.

I do know some films were released both in b&w and in colour, but can't tell if I actually did see this film in colour.

Does anyone else have similar experiences?

This film was shot in black and white. It may have had color "added" for TV, a practice that was popular in the 1980's.
