Help with some details

The film credits list "Pilot," but there are two aircraft, one is the search plane and the other the UN fighter plane that bombs the creatures.

I can't see enough of the fighter pilot's face due to the flight mask and the IMDb credits page lists specifically the search plane pilot only. Are they the same actor? The search plane pilot is referred to only as "Pilot," but the fighter pilot has a callsign, "Jolly Rodger." If "Jolly Rodger" is not the same actor as "Pilot," does anyone know who he is? Can he be added as an uncredited role?
If he is the same actor, should he still be added as an uncredited role for the second character? Both are minor speaking roles.

In the credits page student climbers 1&2 each have the same IMDb link number, though they are clearly different actors. This looks to be a clerical error. How can these be sorted out? Is there already a page for him that has been mislinked and how would I know if there was?

Professor Crevett clearly has two assistants, Wilde, and another man who spends most of his time quietly checking instruments. He does however have a minor bit of dialog in the scene where the creatures attack the observatory.

My question is, In the film credits a character named "Fritz" appears though I can't find the name used anywhere in the film. The professor's second assistant is the only minor role I can find that is not a walk on who isn't named... He is present throughout the movie and this is the only character I can find that is left "dangling" when all the others are taken into consideration. Is "Fritz" the professor's second assistant? No one addresses or refers to him by name so far as I can tell.

Credit where credit is due.

What your asking wiill take some time to figure out. With the production company closing its eyes after this fine feature, all records are probably gone. Still, I'll do some poking around and get back to you.

A quick look at Theodore Wilhelm's ("Fritz") credits has him appearing on one episode of TV's "The Avengers". Those shows are still popular andwidely available. Perhaps someone with a complete set can view that particular show and compare faces.

what was the UN BOMBER? (as in f-16)
pretty cool aircraft for the time!!

According to the 'goofs' section, there are also 2 planes 'standing in' for each other.....one is an 'electric canberra', the other is a 'meteor' during the final (bombing) sequence. Thought I should mention it to avoid any further confusion, I'll watch it again later to see.

I'll be answering your question regarding the Pilot in the "UN" aircraft in a separate posting.
