Meaning of Title?
Anybody know what the title "Some Came Running" means or refers to?

I obtained this answer from The James Jones Literary Society:
"In an interview with Edward R. Murrow (See It Now) for TV in 1958, Jones answered this question. He said he used a Biblical reference of when people came running to ask Jesus how does one get into heaven".
That's interesting. I was hoping that it was some obscure reference like that. Thanks!

kill him.
Then, there is an epilogue in which a young friend of Dave's (just a walk-on
in the movie) is in combat in Korea, watching the North Koreans as they come running across the snow to try to kill HIM. One of them succeds.
