Is the color ending on any DVD?
There have been complaints that the last scenes in this film (of the volcanic eruption killing off the wasps), originally filmed in color, are only reproduced in black & white on DVD.
It's bizarre that the Wade Williams DVD, from Image, has this defect, since his earlier VHS did have the sequence in color. I just got the new DVD from Sinister Cinema, and while the print's not bad it too is in b&w at the end, not color.
Is there any DVD out there that has the final portion of the film in its original color?
